A few months ago I had what can best be described as a mindfart.<\/p>\n

While writing the blogpost: “Your brain as a company<\/a>“, I realized the analogy was spot on.<\/p>\n

And then I wrote my Agilemania<\/a> blogpost where I introduced the pastel-colored Scrum Master Randy.<\/p>\n

At the time, I thought both were just blog posts.<\/p>\n

But then something clicked.<\/p>\n

The chaos I sometimes feel inside my head can be perfectly described by having a useful idiot like Randy dancing through the factory.<\/p>\n

And once Randy existed, other people started showing up too.<\/p>\n

Roger arrived.<\/p>\n

Bob got promoted.<\/p>\n

Archie claimed an entire floor.<\/p>\n

Dandy was born 1 minute later than Randy, but has bigger shoes.<\/p>\n

Before long, the factory had departments, employees, procedures, incidents, corporate bylaws and more documentation than any sane organization should ever have.<\/p>\n

And I started writing!<\/p>\n
