Hoe zit het met onze warmtepomp en is deze al terug verdiend?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Maar Martin, jullie hebben naast een warmtepomp ook een airconditioning en een warmtepompboiler!&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Klopt! Dit artikel gaat echt alleen over hoe wij ons huis verwarmen.<\/p>\n<p>Wij hebben sinds maart 2014 een ELGA warmtepomp hangen, eerst als een hybride installatie naast de CV ketel.<\/p>\n<p>Al vrij rap bleek dat de ELGA het werk bijna volledig alleen af kon, en nadat in 2020 onze ELGA Carrier is vervangen voor een ELGA ACE 6 werd wel duidelijk dat de ACE 6 het volledig alleen af kon.<\/p>\n<p>En dan is de grote vraag:<\/p>\n<p>Hebben wij onze ELGA&#8217;s eigenlijk al terugverdiend?<\/p>\n<h1>Kosten<\/h1>\n<p>Dit was wederom een aardige zoektocht.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ELGA Carrier: 3999,-<\/li>\n<li>ELGA ACE 6: 2970,55<\/li>\n<li>Subsidie: -1800,-<\/li>\n<li>Buffervat + element: 886,18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Totaal: 6055,73<\/p>\n<p>En ook hier zitten weer een aantal nuances in die besproken moeten worden.<\/p>\n<h2>Nuances<\/h2>\n<p>In 2020 ging de ELGA met Carrier buitenunit kapot wederom de bekende printplaat die vervangen moest worden.<\/p>\n<p>Echter bleek bij Remeha dat die printplaat niet meer leverbaar zou zijn. Ik heb toen een aanbieding gekregen om de ELGA ACE 6 te laten monteren voor een gereduceerd tarief en de mogelijkheid om subsidie aan te vragen.<\/p>\n<p>Een ander punt is dat bij de installatie van de warmtepompboiler ook een buffervat met elektrisch element geplaatst voor verwarming en backup.<\/p>\n<p>Ik heb daarvoor de prijzen van de aanschaf van beide onderdelen van de offerte gepakt en de subsidie op de warmtepompboiler NIET meegerekend.<\/p>\n<h1>Besparing<\/h1>\n<p>En dan de grote hamvraag. Hoeveel m3 gas hebben wij nu uitgespaard?<\/p>\n<p>Ik weet het domweg niet exact! Ik ga uit van gemiddeld 1100m3 per jaar, dit was ongeveer ons jaarverbruik voordat we over gingen naar de warmtepomp.<\/p>\n<h2>Gas<\/h2>\n<p>Ik heb mijn tarieven erbij gepakt van mijn jaarafrekening van dat jaar, sinds 2024 zijn wij gasloos en ik heb de energiekosten van 2024 en 2025 moeten inschatten.<\/p>\n<p>Het toeval wil dat ik eind 2021 mijn tarief voor 3 jaar had vast gezet bij Greenchoice. gas.<\/p>\n<p>Terugverdiend?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ja!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Nuances<\/h2>\n<p>Ik heb geen rekening gehouden met lagere netbeheertarieven voor gas of zelfs geen netbeheertarief voor gas vanaf 2024. Dit is een extra besparing in het voordeel van de warmtepomp!<\/p>\n<p>Ik heb gerekend met mijn actuele tarieven, niet de variabele tarieven van dat jaar. Had ik dat gedaan dan had dit plaatje er echt idioot uit gezien. Onze gemiddelde SCOP ligt zo rond de 5.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maar daar staat ook weer tegenover dat onze CV ketel veel minder zuinig stookte dan de folder het liet voorspiegelen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dus blijft het een beetje appels met peren vergelijken? Ik denk ja.<\/p>\n<h1>In het nu<\/h1>\n<p>Op dit moment kost 1m3 gas ongeveer 1,40 terwijl 1 kWh op dit moment 0,25 kost.<\/p>\n<p>Ga ik uit van een gemiddelde COP van 4 en 2000kWh verbruik.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warmtepomp: 2000 * 0,25 = 500,-<\/li>\n<li>CV ketel: 910m3(1) * 1,40 = 1273,93<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(1): ( 2000 * 4 * 3,6 ) \/ 31.65 = 910.<\/p>\n<p>Een warmtepomp is dan 773,93 elk jaar weer goedkoper. Kan de gasaansluiting weg dan komt daar nog eens 266,- euro bij ( Netbeheerder Liander ). Dat is meer dan 1000,- euro per jaar goedkoper.
