Because my blog doesn’t have that many posts yet, you could say it still lacks a body — figuratively speaking. Which is in stark contrast to my actual body… so to speak.
As I said before. I started at 118.2kg (261lbs) and 32% fat. I did a weigh-in this morning and I’m down to 116kg (256lbs). So already down 2.2kg or 5lbs in the first few weeks. Not exactly Reacher-style yet… but hey, progress is progress.
Every Saturday, I do a weigh-in and post a short update here about my progress. My goal? To reach 15% body fat — with a respectable amount of muscle to go with it.
Oh, and don’t worry — I won’t be posting progress pics. What has been seen… cannot be unseen.
I might post some boring stats from the gym… Maybe even some numbers from the tape measure. No promises. Just data. hehehe
