And I just had my official appointment with my scales. Time for the update I promised a week ago.

- Belly: 112cm (-2cm)
- Fat: 31.1% ( -0,7% in 3 weeks )
This week’s drop looks big — 1.2 kg in seven days — but I’m pretty sure it’s partially a correction from the week before. I had a Japanese dinner loaded with soy sauce and salt, and I suspect I was just carrying extra water weight.
Even my belt has something to say: I’m now comfortably down to the next hole. And if I keep progressing like this, I’ll need to punch new ones soon. PROGRESS!
I’m back on track to break out of the triple digits and return to double digits — aiming for that milestone by the end of August. After that, it’s a marathon to the finish line: getting my body fat down to 15% so I can finally look fit, not just feel it.
