Another week, another update

- Chest: 109.5cm (+1,5cm)
- Waist: 109cm (unchanged)
- Belly: 110cm (unchanged)
- Body fat: 26,8% ( average week 27.7% )
One hell of a week, loads of stress, chronic lack of sleep and I feel like shit. Kept on track with my nutrients, and lost a bit of weight in the process.
Hopefully the upcoming week will be a better one.
