And an overdue update!
- Weight: 108.0kg (+1.8kg WTF)
- Chest: 106cm (+1cm)
- Waist: 105cm ( -0.5cm )
- Belly: 106cm (+0.5cm)
- Body fat: 27.9%
Huh. A sharp increase in weight without any changes in body composition. And no real reason for this jump, considering my caloric intake. Weird.
Maybe it’s just the hot weather and some water retention?
FODMAP
I’ve found my proverbial kryptonite. As long as I stay away from regular bread, I’m in the clear. Yes — skip normal bread and I’m fine.
Weird, isn’t it? Bread in FODMAP belongs to the fructane group, yet I can handle all the other fructanes like a pro. Pasta? No problem. Onions? No issue. Garlic? All green (except for my breath, of course).
But when I eat bread for two or more days in a row, all hell breaks loose again. Back to square one: cramps, gut pain, multiple visits to the toilet. Leave bread out of the equation and within 48 hours, normal operation resumes.
