And back to the normal rhythm!
- Weight: 108.6kg (+0.6kg WTF again)
- Chest: 106cm (no change)
- Waist: 105cm (no change)
- Belly: 106.5cm (+0.5cm)
- Body fat: 26.7%
Gained weight last week. But there’s a huge but. I started using creatine this week — about 5 grams every morning and evening. This causes water retention in the muscles, and that’s something the Tanita scale also picks up.
The last couple of days I weighed between 107.6 and 108.0, so today’s 108.6 was higher than expected.
Still, these four weeks of vacation haven’t been great for my weight. I gained a few kilos even though I kept a solid caloric deficit most of the time.
Back to work on Monday, which also means my usual routines kick back in. Hopefully that will bring some weight loss in the short term!
