Another week, another update.

- Waist: 104cm
- Belly: 105cm
- Body fat: 26.0% ( 7 day average: 26.7% )
And another quarter has passed. At the start of it, I said I wanted to be at 99.9 kg by now. Well… I didn’t hit that goal. Not even close! My weight has basically moved sideways this entire quarter.
This was a rough week. I felt a bit under the weather and decided it wasn’t a good idea to hit the gym in that condition. Still, I kept my calorie deficit (–2900 kcal) and lost 400 grams this week. My body fat percentage is also moving in the right direction and is keeping pace with the new markers in my spreadsheet.
Time to set goals for the upcoming quarter. Once again, I’m aiming for 99.9 kg. That’s 6.8 kilos in 95 days, or a little over 13 weeks. Per week I need to lose 0.52 kg, which is just under the 0.6 kg marker I set for myself.
