A few months ago I had what can best be described as a mindfart.
While writing the blogpost: “Your brain as a company“, I realized the analogy was spot on.
And then I wrote my Agilemania blogpost where I introduced the pastel-colored Scrum Master Randy.
At the time, I thought both were just blog posts.
But then something clicked.
The chaos I sometimes feel inside my head can be perfectly described by having a useful idiot like Randy dancing through the factory.
And once Randy existed, other people started showing up too.
Roger arrived.
Bob got promoted.
Archie claimed an entire floor.
Dandy was born 1 minute later than Randy, but has bigger shoes.
Before long, the factory had departments, employees, procedures, incidents, corporate bylaws and more documentation than any sane organization should ever have.
And I started writing!
